Job Overview and Responsibilities

- Maintaining counters and shelves smoothly and well-merchandised, taking stock and keeping records, and testing in and pricing merchandise as required or as directed by the store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
Customer Experience and Operations
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to:
- Presents clients with courteous, friendly, speedy, and green carriers, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and efficient.
- Recommends items for sale to consumers and recommends alternate-up and/or partner items, utilizing your knowledge of products and services to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Registers patron purchases on assigned cash sign-in, collects cash and distributes change as asked, and processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
- Plays responsibilities as assigned through Pharmacy supervisor, workforce Pharmacist, and store manager, including applying pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug records, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy.
Education and Personal Development
