We're seeking a Part-time Chat Specialist to join our team in College Station, Texas. As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. **Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, including product and service information, appointment scheduling, and general dealership questions
* Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive a seamless and engaging experience
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealer clients to generate revenue from their website traffic
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring that you're up-to-date on the latest information and trends
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to our dealer clients

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems
* A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be able to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Have gaming experience (although not necessary, it's a plus)
