Job Description Job Description... We are looking for Seasonal Remote Call Center Representatives. Shifts may include days, evenings and weekends. What you’ll be doing and What We Look For: • Speaking with customers on the phone about museum gifts and other products. • Responding to emails and chats • Call center experience • Skilled in reading, writing, and speaking with customers • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections • Strong work ethic, self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast paced business environment • Able to learn and navigate software quickly What Our Employees Enjoy • $14.00- $15.00/hour based on experience including attendance bonus • Paid training • Remote Work • Flexible scheduling -Part Time or Full Time, with multiple shifts available (days, evenings, weekends) Requirements • Be computer/Internet savvy • Enjoy talking and assisting others, be a people-person • Ability to pass a criminal background check • Must be a resident of the state of Florida or Minnesota Apply Job!
