At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, where our employees can grow, develop, and succeed. **Key Responsibilities** As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complex issues related to benefits packages, including 401K, Health Insurance, Pension, and Payroll-related inquiries. * Assisting customers with website or application-related issues, such as accessing their benefits. * Answering questions about products or services and providing personalized solutions. * Assisting customers with enrolling in their benefits plan through their employer. * Documenting customer interactions in the client system thoroughly, using proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. * Transferring data from documents into the client's system. * Processing transactions, such as health enrollments, tax and direct deposit information updates, 401K withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections. * Conducting independent research, utilizing tools and resources provided, to determine the best resolution to a customer's case. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * At least 1 year of call center experience or 2 years of customer service experience. * Strong computer navigation and organizational skills. * Ability to complete and pass online training, with a commitment to attending 100% of the training sessions. * Ability to pass a background check. **Technical Requirements** To perform this role, you'll need: * A desktop or laptop computer (Tablets, Winbooks, Smart devices, Windows Mini PCs, Chromebook, and Android systems are not compatible). * Operation system: Windows 10. * Mac Computers are not compatible. * Processor speed: i4 or greater processor (Ryzen Series 4 or greater is also compatible). * RAM: 8GB or better. * Hard Drive: 256 SSD or better. * All peripherals must be wired. * Reliable high-speed internet with a minimum of 20MB download and 10MB upload speeds. * SL, Cable, Fiber ONLY (no Wi-Fi or satellite-based service) and no VPN services. * A wired USB headset with built-in microphone and noise cancellation (Plantronics 3310 and 3320 are permitted options). * An active, functioning webcam for training and meetings. * A second monitor/screen is required. **The Details** * The pay rate once you reach production is $17 per hour. * This is a Full-Time position, with part-time hours not available. * Training is paid at $15.25 an hour. * Benefits are eligible after 60 days, including Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401K. * This is a fully remote position, with 100% work-from-home flexibility. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
