Industry Solutions Manager

About the position Responsibilities • Conduct market and competitive landscape assessments to analyze opportunities for payment and treasury services. • Identify emerging technology trends and market-leading FinTech solutions for strategic partnerships. • Perform financial and data analysis to support strategic equity investments in target FinTech companies. • Create decision models for build versus buy versus partner scenarios to address product gaps. • Drive multidisciplinary teams to prototype and pilot potential new partnerships. • Structure and negotiate strategic partnership deals and manage executive relationships with FinTechs. • Contribute to the development of thought leadership on the future of payments and corporate treasury. Requirements • Master's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, Technology Management, or related field plus 5 years of experience in a relevant role. • Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same fields plus 7 years of experience in a relevant role. • Experience in conducting market and competitive landscape assessments of cash management and trade product offerings. • Experience in conducting due diligence on FinTechs for potential partnerships. • Ability to create decision models across build versus buy versus partner scenarios. • Experience in creating analytical business cases and go-to-market plans for partners. • Knowledge of technologies relevant to Cash Management and Trade product offerings. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Blockchain, APIs, Open banking, Mobile, Big data, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital security. • Strong communication skills for discussing trends in disruptive technologies.
