Cloudbeds is seeking a superstar IT Administrator to support and implement solutions for their remote team and leadership. As a global leader in hospitality software, Cloudbeds empowers properties across 150 countries with an AI-powered platform. The IT Administrator will be responsible for operational efficiency, remote user support, and assisting with IT projects, working closely with various teams across the organization to provide user-catered enablement while adhering to best security practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in IT administration across Windows and macOS environments
- Direct experience with Workday integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIB, or Studio)
- Proven ability to generate custom reports and dashboards utilizing calculated fields in Workday
- Experience managing identity providers like Okta and SAML-based SSO for Workday
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticketing skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
- Fluent in English
