Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a REMOTE WORK setting. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for union members seeking information about benefits. Your role will involve:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to union members
- Educating members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation
- Answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Working closely with union representatives and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional benefits to members who are interested
Requirements for Consideration
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Must reside in California
- Flexible hours
- Fluent in English (Bilingual in any language is a plus but not required)
