About this Opportunity
We're seeking a highly motivated and versatile Customer Care Representative to join our team on a temporary to possible permanent basis. As a remote employee, you'll work full-time, 40 hours a week, and be required to complete training before starting your role. This position reports to a Customer Care Lead and offers opportunities for promotion and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately, quickly, and efficiently handling customer contacts via phone (for billing and retention, technical troubleshooting, content questions, etc.)
- Translating technological jargon in a way that users can easily understand
- Taking key user feedback and quickly and concisely passing it to the appropriate department to improve the user experience
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexibility to work anytime within our Customer Care Department Hours: currently 7 am - 6 pm Pacific (7 days/week)
- Goal-driven and outcome-oriented in prior work experiences
- Solutions-oriented when working with remote customers
- Curious about technology and a quick study
- Strong typing skills - at least 50 wpm or more
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, prior experience with Zendesk and a four-year college degree or work experience equivalent will make you a strong candidate for this role.
