Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Engineer / Developer to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will design, develop, and implement data warehouse solutions that drive business insights and inform strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data warehouse solutions that meet industry standards and business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver multiple projects and meet project deadlines.
- Develop and maintain data load jobs, scripts, and sequences to ensure accurate data loading into the data warehouse.
- Prototype solutions, prepare test scripts, and conduct tests to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Implement best practices in data warehousing and advise users on data usage and conflicts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, including data mining, data design, and database architecture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in data warehousing, ETL, BI, and database development.
- Strong knowledge of DBT, ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, Azure), and data modeling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in team collaboration and time management.
