Key Responsibilities: • **Promote and Sell Air Travel**: As a Specialist in Government and Corporate Affairs Customer Service, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex, including preparing itineraries, computing fares, and issuing refunds and tickets. • **Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. • **Communicate with Customers**: You'll communicate with customers over the phone, via email, or in person, providing information and resolving issues related to flight schedules, fares, and other travel-related matters. • **Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Developments**: You'll stay informed about new rules, policies, and procedures that affect our customers and communicate this information to them in a clear and concise manner. What You'll Need for Success: • **Education and Experience**: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training is required. • **Skills and Qualifications**: You'll need excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills, as well as the ability to be resourceful and creative in problem-solving. • **Knowledge of Native SABRE**: Familiarity with Native SABRE is a plus, but not required. • **Initiative and Judgment**: You'll need to demonstrate a high level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable in your work.
