Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and patients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary focus will be on data entry, patient enrollment, and handling high-volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision. Work Outline
As a Full Stack Call Center Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into a suitable system.
- Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
- Investigating to obtain missing medication data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolving all data entry-related exceptions.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
- Resolving Outsider Oddballs by reviewing, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
- Resolving phone calls to healthcare providers and others to obtain data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.
- Providing support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
- Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
Essential Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential capabilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Essential level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing documents, and accessing data online).
- Essential web browsing skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct field, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
- Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- 18 years old or older.
Favored Capabilities
While not required, the following favored capabilities will make you a strong candidate for this role:
- At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment.
- At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
