Join Our Team as an Inbound Chat Specialist
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Inbound Chat Specialist to join our team at arenaflex! As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll play a vital role in engaging with customers online, providing accurate information about our products and services, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. Responsibilities
As an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
- Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications
To succeed as an Inbound Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- Strong ability to multitask (preferred), with gaming experience being a plus
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Able to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
