Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers through various channels, and becoming a product and solutions expert. Key Responsibilities
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.
- Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Helping customers navigate blithequark's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!

Compensation and Perks
