As a Platform Operations Manager - Push Communication, you'll play a vital role in transforming our store operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate processes that drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and document standard operating procedures and best practices for platform-related activities
- Oversee day-to-day operations and support communication initiatives
- Partner with product and vendor teams to implement updates, troubleshoot issues, and enhance platform functionality
- Develop and deliver training for internal teams and stakeholders on platform functionality and best practices
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in push communication systems
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements or new tools
- Collect and analyze feedback, leveraging insights to help product teams prioritize changes
About You:
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of platform management, product ops, and/or equivalent domain experience
- Ability to self-organize and lead through ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in easy-to-understand terminology
- Ability to influence peers and partners to find common ground and navigate competing interests
- Curiosity and passion for problem-solving
- Experience creating and delivering product tools and stakeholder materials
