**The Role:**
As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with customers in real-time, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, providing accurate and up-to-date information about their products and services.
- Converting conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and grow their business.
- Working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To live within the state of Kansas.
- To have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
- To have a computer with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher).
- To have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position.
- To be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday, between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
- To be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
- To have gaming experience, as this is a plus.
