Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a courteous and helpful manner, offering aid and advice as required
- Provide product information, features, pricing, and availability to customers
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, handling transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to minimize distractions and stay focused
- Support the team in managing and replenishing stock items as needed
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals while delivering high-quality customer service
- Adhere to corporate policies and procedures to promote a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of home improvement products and tools is an asset
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds
- Endurance to stand, bend, and walk for long periods
- Ability to operate ladders and equipment as necessary
