As an Airplane Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the maintenance and upkeep of our all-Boeing fleet, the largest in the world. You will work collaboratively with other Support Specialists and teams in Technical Operations and Ground Operations to guarantee a safe and efficient flight experience for our passengers.
Responsibilities
- Work in a supportive spirit to ensure the success of our Organization, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Perform a range of tasks, including checks, repairs, modifications, and maintenance of aircraft, engines, and related systems
- Meet physical capacity requirements and adhere to safety protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements and Qualifications
- Able to read and comprehend technical manuals, diagrams, and related documents
- Strong understanding of maintenance procedures, regulations, and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete online training modules
- Able to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and time constraints in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hazardous materials and ability to respond to emergencies as needed
