We are looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist to create one high-converting, reusable email template wireframe that can be used across all email campaigns and flows.
This project focuses on structure, layout, and conversion logic, not graphic design. The goal is to develop a modular Klaviyo email wireframe that our team can reuse for promotions, announcements, product launches, and newsletters.
Project Scope (Very Important)
This role involves ONLY ONE deliverable:
✅ One reusable Klaviyo email template wireframe
You will NOT be required to:
Design multiple email templates
Build flows or campaigns
Write copy for multiple emails
Manage Klaviyo accounts long-term
What We Need
You will create a single, reusable email wireframe that includes:
Proven email layout structure optimized for conversions
Clearly defined sections and modules, such as:
Header / Logo placement
Hero section
Primary CTA block
Product or offer section
Social proof / trust elements
Secondary CTA
Footer structure
Guidance on where dynamic content should be inserted
A layout that works for:
Promotional emails
Campaign emails
Flow emails (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
Mobile-responsive structure optimized for Klaviyo
The final output should be easy to reuse, duplicate, and customize inside Klaviyo.
Required Skills
Strong experience with Klaviyo email templates
Understanding of email marketing best practices
Knowledge of conversion-focused email layouts
Experience creating modular and scalable email wireframes
Familiarity with eCommerce email flows (conceptually)
Nice to Have
CRO (conversion rate optimization) knowledge
Experience working with high-AOV eCommerce brands
Understanding of deliverability-friendly email structures

Built directly in Klaviyo or provided as a documented wireframe layout
Clear instructions on how to reuse and customize sections
