Job Description:
• Scale high-intent B2B lead generation primarily through Google Search
• Optimize campaigns toward cost per deal, not just CPL
• Manage and allocate meaningful monthly budgets
• Improve lead quality while increasing volume
• Work closely with sales to understand SQL-to-deal performance
• Build and maintain clear performance forecasting models (traffic → lead → deal)
• Continuously test, iterate, and scale profitable segments
Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Paid Search
• Proven experience scaling B2B lead generation
• Clear understanding of CPL vs cost per deal economics
• Experience managing medium to large monthly budgets
• Analytical, data-driven decision maker
• Fluent English (you’ll work directly with US leadership)
• Comfortable with high ownership and performance accountability
• Nice to Have: Experience in high-ticket B2B industries
• Multi-channel paid experience (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience with long sales cycles and attribution modeling
• Exposure to revenue forecasting
