Job Description:
Seeking a Lead SDET with strong expertise in performance and automation testing. The ideal candidate will lead test strategy, build scalable test frameworks, and drive quality across applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SDET activities with focus on performance testing
Design and build automation and performance test frameworks
Mentor QA/SDET team members
Collaborate with Dev, DevOps, and CI/CD teams
Required Skills:
10+ years of testing experience
Strong in Java or Python
Automation tools: Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, PyTest, Rest Assured
Performance tools: JMeter, LoadRunner
Monitoring tools: Dynatrace or AppDynamics
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
