Legal Recruiter (Fully Remote)

Are you a licensed attorney looking to make a career change? Do you have prior sales experience? If so, we are hiring Legal Recruiters to join our NYC team! About the Role: This role involves collaborating with firm and organizational clients to understand their legal hiring needs and attracting candidates who align with the roles. We are looking for people with an entrepreneurial spirit who are motivated to move market share. This role is fully remote. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies. • Employ various sourcing methods, including networking, direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and referrals to identify and engage highly qualified candidates. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers. Qualifications: • JD Degree • Excellent communication and time management skills • Live in the New York area Preferred Skills: • Prior sales experience/entrepreneurial spirit Pay range and compensation package: The base compensation for this role is $50,000 to $65,000 depending on location with unlimited commission and bonus potential.
