Job Overview
The Licensed Health Insurance Representative - Customer Experience Expert position is designed for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the health insurance sector. This role involves interfacing with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online interactions, to assist with their inquiries regarding health insurance products and services. The ideal candidate will possess an active resident license to sell health insurance and will be committed to delivering authentic customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and concerns.
- Plan Options and Coverage: Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing, providing expert guidance to customers and helping them make informed decisions.
- Enrollment Processing: Process new and/or amended enrollments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Customer Experience: Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Multi-Tasking: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: Six months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
- Licensure: Active resident license to sell health insurance, with a strong understanding of health insurance products and services.
- Education: High school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Multi-Tasking: Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn new technologies, processes, and procedures, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
- Interpersonal Skills: Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a background check, with a strong commitment to integrity and ethics.
- Residency: Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
