About the Role You already know insurance. The question is—are you being paid like it? If you’re in a captive or service role and ready to move into production, this may be worth a conversation. The Youngblood Group is seeking an experienced insurance professional based in Illinois to step into a fully remote production role with a clear path to building a long-term book of business. This position is designed for individuals who understand the insurance industry—either from a producing role or a service/account management background—and are ready to take greater ownership of their income and client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who already has relationships, experience, and the ability to generate business, and is looking for a platform to fully leverage it. Location & Licensing Requirements (Required) • Must be based in Illinois • Must hold an active Illinois Property & Casualty license What You’ll Do • Develop and manage your own book of business through new client relationships • Provide tailored personal and commercial insurance solutions • Leverage access to 30+ carriers to meet client needs effectively • Manage your pipeline and follow-up activity independently • Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals Compensation Structure • 70% first-year commissions on new P&C business • 30% renewal commissions • 100% of life insurance commissions on personally produced business This is a commission-only position. In your first 90 days, the focus is on: • Learning and consistently using our systems and quoting process • Building and managing an active pipeline of opportunities • Writing new business and developing a steady production rhythm • Establishing early client relationships that can lead to long-term retention This is not about perfection—it’s about consistency, activity, and momentum.
