We're are a health insurance agency with offices in Beaverton, Oregon,and Vancouver, Washington. We're seeking licensed Medicare insurance agents (must be currently licensed) to join us in remote and hybrid roles. Opportunities may be full-time or seasonal, supporting enrollment periods, ongoing client casework, and outreach efforts during peak season. Key Responsibilities • Conduct Medicare plan reviews and assist clients in selecting or updating their coverage • Collect and organize client information such as prescriptions and provider details to facilitate plan comparisons • Lead scheduled phone consultations to explain Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D options • Process enrollments and plan changes using our agency's internal systems • Provide accurate, easy-to-understand guidance to help clients make informed Medicare decisions • Maintain detailed CRM notes and ensure accurate client records • Participate in remote training and manage daily tasks from a home-based office Required Qualifications • Active health insurance license in Oregon or Washington • Previous Medicare sales experience is a plus • Strong communication skills for engaging with clients via phone and email • Highly organized with dependable follow-up and documentation habits • Proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Excel • Reliable home office setup with fast internet and minimal distractions • A client-first approach and strong time management skills, especially during peak seasons Compensation Positions may be hourly with performance-based incentives. Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per hour based on a base pay with bonuses, Compensation specifics will be reviewed during the interview process. • Job Type: Full-time • Expected Hours: 40 per week • Pay Range: $30.00 - $40.00/hour • Benefits: • 401(k) • Paid time off • Remote work flexibility Interested?
