Role Overview:
Handle customer inquiries through our online chat system
Assist with order processing and account questions
Provide first-level technical support
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Schedule Options (Eastern Time):
Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Overnight Shift: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM
Must Have:
✓ Reliable internet service
✓ Desktop or laptop computer
✓ Strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred)
✓ Excellent written English
✓ Dedicated workspace at home
