We are seeking an experienced Luxury Real Estate Digital Marketing Strategist to design, launch, and manage our paid media and digital advertising ecosystem focused exclusively on the ultra-luxury sector.
Role Overview
This role requires a professional with proven experience marketing luxury real estate—someone who deeply understands how to target, attract, and convert UHNW buyers and sellers. The strategist will develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns that integrate advanced targeting, automation, and elegant creative direction, all aligned with our brand’s quiet-luxury aesthetic.
Responsibilities
• Design and manage digital ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms focused on luxury real estate audiences.
• Execute precision geo-targeting and audience segmentation around high-value areas, private aviation hubs, and luxury lifestyle data points.
• Develop AI-enhanced lead capture systems—including landing pages, funnels, and automated nurture sequences integrated into our CRM.
• Direct creative strategy for all paid media content, maintaining a brand tone inspired by Aman, The Row, and Celine—sophisticated, minimal, and aspirational.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize continuously to maximize ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with leadership and creative teams to ensure alignment across advertising, brand, and sales initiatives.
• Stay ahead of luxury market trends and leverage data to identify cross-market opportunities and feeder markets.
Qualifications
• Mandatory: Proven track record managing paid digital campaigns for luxury real estate brokerages, teams, or developers.
• 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, paid media, or real estate marketing (luxury market only).
• Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Skilled in geo-fencing, lookalike audience creation, and retargeting funnels.
• Strong understanding of real estate buyer psychology and how UHNW clients engage digitally.
• Familiarity with AI automations, CRM workflows, and marketing analytics dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
Bonus Skills
• Experience with Connected TV / OTT (MNTN, StackAdapt, Simpli.fi) for high-net-worth targeting.
• Knowledge of luxury publications and media buys (WSJ Mansion Global, Robb Report, Architectural Digest).
• Comfort collaborating with creative directors and videographers on campaign visuals.

Competitive monthly retainer or project-based structure with performance incentives.
