Join Walt Disney Imagineering as a Strategic Leader in Human Resources Project Management Walt Disney Imagineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Human Resources Project Management to lead the HR efforts of our global labor strategies and resource planning process. As a key member of our team, you will drive a holistic approach to planning and prioritizing labor initiatives globally, in collaboration with our resource management office, DX team, and HR business partners. Job Summary As a Manager, Human Resources Project Management, you will report to the Director HR PMO and lead projects from concept to execution in support of Walt Disney Imagineering talent programming. You will provide project management expertise, identifying, tracking, monitoring, and communicating issues, variances, and contingencies to ensure headcount movement and other identified HR projects are delivered on time. Responsibilities Provide project management through identifying, tracking, monitoring, and communicating issues, variances, and contingencies Establish and facilitate project governance, developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional team members to align business processes Maintain effective communication and collaboration among the project team and involved departments Interpret data to write, prepare, and build project documents, presentations, business updates, dashboards, and end-user communications Act as a strategic partner by developing authentic relationships and influence across stakeholder groups Source and manage internal and external resources to deliver projects Facilitate quality assurance, including regulatory, statutory, and corporate compliance Requirements Minimum of 6 years of experience in labor strategy roles and/or project management roles Applied data management, analytics, and forecasting experience Technical knowledge of human resource functions and systems Strong written and oral communications skills Ability to positively influence stakeholders at all hierarchical levels Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, MS Teams, Smartsheet Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of Disney businesses, policies, and procedures Work experience that includes resource management for a project-based workforce Disney SAP, Workday (HR or Finance Processes), Clarity, and other system experience What We Offer Competitive salary ranging from $137,100 to $167,500 per year, bonus and/or long-term incentive units, and a comprehensive benefits package.
