Manager of Accounting and Finance

Curran Recruiting is currently engaged with a world renowned safety company, looking for a Manager of Accounting and Finance to help run their software division. The role is in office 4 days a week, WFH one and will travel about 10% of the time. Here's a bit about the job: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and modeling for strategic planning Oversee financial reporting, compliance, audits, and tax Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements Provide financial insights to support decisions and business strategy Analyze SaaS metrics (retention, churn, pricing, growth) to optimize profitability Drive process improvements and automation in financial operations Manage, mentor, and grow the accounting and finance team Targeted Experience and Education: Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required Minimum 5 years of experience within Accounting and Finance required SaaS subscription model / ASC 606 revenue recognition experience required Budgeting and forecasting experience required Well-versed in financial metrics in a SaaS environment including MRR, ARR, CLTV, Churn, CAC and others
