Qualifications and Skills: What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

- At least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and desktop computer systems
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mechanical or technical background, with knowledge of mechanical systems or products

- Previous experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools
