Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the middle market segment in the Dallas area
Identify and prospect potential middle market employers in the healthcare industry to build a robust pipeline of leads
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present Aetna's products and services as solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with middle market employers, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales and service needs
Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and account management, to ensure a seamless experience for clients
Continuously monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and development
Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Aetna's offerings
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and performance metrics
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
