We are a fast-growing insulation and home services company based in Texas, and we are looking for a reliable and confident Bilingual (SPANISH & English ) Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join our team for the night shift.
This role is customer-facing, so strong communication skills and professionalism are a must. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers.
Schedule:
Monday – Saturday
⏰ 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST
(Potential for extended hours during busy seasons)
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound phone calls from customers
Respond to SMS and chat inquiries in a timely manner
Assist customers with questions about services (insulation, ventilation, etc.)
Schedule and confirm appointments
Document all interactions clearly in our CRM
Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism
Requirements:
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Confident and clear on the phone
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Ability to follow processes and scripts
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Nice to Have (Bonus):
Experience with CRMs (Jobber, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Experience in home services or appointment setting
Sales or booking experience
