⚕️ Make an Impact in Teen Healthcare – Join Our Pediatric Team
We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a focus on pediatric care and teen health services to join our Teen Center. In addition to clinical responsibilities, this unique role includes light data entry and EMR (electronic medical record) support, ensuring high-quality care and accurate recordkeeping.
About the Role
You’ll work in a collaborative teen-focused health environment, providing exams, wellness counseling, and routine care to adolescents aged 13–19. You’ll also assist with clinical documentation, treatment plans, and EMR updates, helping our team maintain smooth digital workflows.
️ Key Responsibilities
Deliver age-appropriate primary care and wellness checks to teens
Conduct screenings, immunizations, and sexual health education
Record detailed patient notes in EMRs (EHR platforms like Epic, Athena, etc.)
Assist with data entry for clinical outcomes, follow-ups, and referral tracking
Collaborate with physicians, counselors, and teen program staff
Provide trauma-informed, culturally competent care in a youth-friendly setting
✅ Qualifications
Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) with pediatric or family care certification
Experience working with teens or in adolescent medicine preferred
Familiarity with EMR systems and basic data entry accuracy
Strong communication and organizational skills
Empathy, patience, and a passion for supporting youth
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $95,000–$120,000/year (or hourly if part-time)
