Office Assistant III, Hennepin County, Psychological Services Division

Hennepin County District Court invites qualified applicants for an Office Assistant III position assigned to the Psychological Services Division.

This is a highly responsible professional and administrative position that supports the Psychological Services division and provides exceptional customer service primarily to internal stakeholders (examiners, judicial officers, etc.) as well as external customers who may be highly stressed and emotionally reactive.

This AFSCME-represented position is classified as Office Assistant III. The Psychological Services Division is located on the fifth floor of the Hennepin County Government Center at 300 South 6th Street, C-509, Minneapolis, MN 55487. This is a hybrid role, working both on-site and remotely, depending on business needs with typical hours between 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. A reliable internet connection will be required if working remotely.

SALARY:

The expected starting salary range for candidates is $20.43 - $27.42 per hour ($42,657 - $57,252 annually). The full salary range for this position is $20.43 - $34.41 per hour ($42,657 - $71,848 annually). This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for State of Minnesota employee benefits.
