Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design, develop, and lead enterprise-level integrations. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to guide a team in delivering scalable integration solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Collaborate with enterprise architects, application owners, and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements. • Define integration architecture and best practices for APIs, orchestration, data mapping, error handling, and performance. • Develop and maintain integration flows between cloud and on-premise applications such as Oracle ERP, HCM, CRM, third-party APIs, and databases. • Implement OIC features such as Process Builder, Visual Builder, Integration Insight, and Connectivity Agents. • Provide hands-on support for complex integration scenarios, including B2B, SaaS, and REST/SOAP web services. • Manage and mentor junior integration developers and ensure adherence to standards and timelines. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize performance. • Maintain documentation for integration flows, architecture, and operational processes. • Stay up to date with Oracle Cloud releases and emerging integration technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in system integration, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, or SCM Cloud integration processes. • Experience with REST, SOAP, XML, XSLT, JSON, and WSDL. • Proven experience with Oracle SaaS and PaaS integration patterns. • Proficiency in building scheduled integrations, event-based integrations, and file-based transfers. • Solid understanding of authentication, OAuth 2.0, token-based security, and API gateways. • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps pipelines for integration deployment. • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
