At Acutrans, we connect people through language. As an On-Site Scheduler, you’ll be the link that ensures interpreters are in the right place at the right time—whether on-site, via video, or conference.
What You’ll Do
• Schedule and dispatch interpreters based on language, skills, and availability.
• Manage urgent and last-minute requests with speed and professionalism.
• Communicate appointment details clearly to both clients and interpreters.
• Keep records accurate for smooth billing and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in scheduling, dispatching, or coordination (healthcare or language services is a plus)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Clear, professional communicator under pressure
• Familiarity with scheduling tools or language service platforms
• Multilingual ability or interpreting experience = big plus
