Heal.me is on a mission to make holistic care primary care. There are hundreds of thousands of talented holistic practitioners in North America, like massage therapists, energy workers, chiropractors, acupuncturists, etc., but they're underserved in the marketplace. They often aren't business savvy, and aren't experts in tech - nor should they need to be. We offer holistic practitioners an all-one-one vertical SaaS solution that includes their own beautifully designed custom website with an integrated booking & payments platform, automated client reviews, and mobile booking app for their clients - everything they need to power their practice and their online presence, so they can spend time focusing on what they do best: working with clients and working on their craft. Our onboarding & success representatives are the main point of contact for all of our new customers for their first 30 days, and play a critical role as the face of the company. The role consists of hosting onboarding calls over Zoom, setting up their website, helping them schedule their photoshoot, and helping with whatever they need to get fully onboarded and get the most value out of the platform. The right person for this role can connect well with our practitioners and deliver a positive and delightful experience. It's high volume and fast-paced: a normal day consists of ~5-6 zoom calls, setting up websites, and answering a high volume of emails from practitioners. $50K/yr salary $500/mo wellness credit Performance Bonuses Stock options (no health insurance - yet!)
