Job Overview:

Your responsibilities will include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise for pick-up, making product substitutions when necessary, and providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill and dispense online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare merchandise for delivery or pick-up.
• Consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction with product substitutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.

Compensation & Additional Incentives:

• Hourly Rate: $15 - $22 per hour.
• Additional Compensation:
  • Quarterly or annual performance incentives.
  • Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, season, or specific tasks.
  • Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
