Job Responsibilities
• Proactively reach out to and communicate with new potential suppliers (e.g., scrap dealers, repair shops, industrial clients, etc.) via phone.
• Conduct regular phone follow-ups to maintain existing supplier relationships and stay updated on their supply status and needs.
• Efficiently collect and verify key information such as category, price, and quantity of raw materials (e.g., metal scrap).
• Preliminarily screen high-quality suppliers with cooperation intent, organize information, and refer them to the full-time procurement team for further follow-up.
• Accurately and promptly record call logs and client information into the company system.
Ideal Candidate
• Excellent phone communication skills and a friendly approach, adept at building trust over the phone.
• Proficient in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, capable of clear and professional bilingual phone communication.
• Self-disciplined and adaptable to remote work, able to self-motivate and manage time efficiently.
• Interested in the metal recycling or environmental protection industry, with the ability to quickly learn basic industry knowledge.
• Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and basic computer skills.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or business development is preferred. Active learners, current students, and job seekers are welcome to apply.
