What We Offer: Flexible scheduling, no commute - tell us which days and times you want to tutor on a weekly basis, and we'll match your busy schedule so you can tutor from home! Pay commensurate with experience and skills - hourly pay ranges $18-$25/hr, depending on experience and education level Exceptional support and training - you'll have a dedicated manager to do all selling and marketing for you and to ensure that your programs go well! Opportunities for advancement - many of our full-time staff started out as tutors What We're Looking For: Encouraging, thoughtful, dynamic personalities Strong understanding of executive functioning skills and challenges Ability to model strong executive function skills in all facets of their tutoring Highly organized and adaptable to the needs of diverse learners At least 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably with students with learning differences Minimum of Bachelor’s degree - teaching certification preferred but not required Able to commit a minimum of 6 hours per week evenings/weekends for the 2025-2026 academic school year (and beyond!)
