Operations Coordinator - HR Consultancy| 15 hrs/week | Remote
Growing HR consultancy (M&A/transformation focus) needs organised, proactive operations person to handle the backbone while we scale.
You'll do:
Founder's admin/email/calendar management (free up 10 hrs/week for her)
Client invoicing, payment tracking, basic bookkeeping
Meeting coordination, notes, follow-up for client projects
Notion Workspace organisation
Client and associate coordination
You are:
Highly organised (systems thinker, nothing falls through cracks)
Strong written communicator (you'll email clients)
Tech-savvy (Zapier, Notion, Microsoft)
Self-directed (don't need hand-holding)
UK business hours availability (some flexibility)
We offer:
15 hrs/week initially, scaling to 25-30 hrs as we grow
