Position: Oracle EBS WMS / Supply Chain Architect & Senior Consultant
Location: New York (EST / Central Time Coverage Required)
Travel: Minimal: One week during first month and for key project milestones
Program Overview
Our client is embarking on a multi-phase transformation initiative focused on stabilizing and optimizing their existing Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) Warehouse Management and Supply Chain landscape across 8–9 distribution centers.
Phase 1: Oracle EBS R12 enhancement and WMS optimization
Phase 2 (Next Year): Cloud transformation initiative
This is a long-term opportunity (up to 3 years) for strong, stable resources who can support both the current-state cleanup and future cloud roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and enhance existing Oracle EBS R12 Warehouse Management (WMS) implementation
Optimize processes across Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and WMS modules
Lead stabilization, performance improvement, and data/process cleanup initiatives
Support operations across multiple distribution centers
Drive functional and technical alignment in preparation for future cloud migration
Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, and IT leadership
Required Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 WMS
Deep knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, and Supply Chain execution processes
Experience supporting multi-DC distribution environments
Proven track record in system stabilization and enhancement programs
Ability to work in EST or Central time zones
Preferred (Plus)
Oracle Cloud SCM experience (Fusion)
Experience in EBS-to-Cloud transformation programs
