Location: Remote Reports to: • Director of Consulting Services • CoE Lead for Supply Chain Management Role Summary As a Managing Consultant for Supply Chain Management, you will lead the successful delivery of consulting engagements, oversee project teams, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients. You will provide subject matter expertise, support pre-sales activities, and contribute to developing methodologies, best practices, and solution capabilities across the organization. Key Responsibilities – Delivery Leadership • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements. • Serve as primary escalation point for project delivery challenges. • Ensure adherence to delivery standards, governance, and methodologies. • Drive client satisfaction and long-term relationship development. Commercial & Pre-Sales Support • Support pre-sales activities, including proposal development, estimations, and solution design. • Collaborate with sales teams to shape client opportunities and articulate value propositions. • Contribute to revenue growth through high-quality delivery and upselling opportunities. Talent Development & Team Leadership • Mentor, coach, and develop consultants and junior team members. • Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development planning. • Promote knowledge sharing, training, and certification initiatives. Collaboration & Practice Contribution • Work closely with CoE leads to enhance solution offerings and methodologies. • Support capability development and thought leadership initiatives. • Contribute to internal improvement projects and operational excellence. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, or project management deliver Oracle EBS/Fusion SCM (Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Logistics, Product Lifecycle, Supply Planning). • Proven experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements. • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and best practices. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage competing priorities. • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. • US Citizenship required Salary Range: $140,000 To $160,000 Per Year Employment Status: Full-Time Benefits: Paid Time Off, Health Insurance, HSA, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, 401(k), FSA
