Responsibilities
• Manage the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely processing from order receipt to delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries, proactively resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance will be essential to guarantee smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor order status, track revisions, and provide stakeholders with updates while generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintaining proper documentation and adherence to internal policies and external regulations will also be a critical part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or supply chain operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
