Remote Order Processor (Automotive) – Full-Time
About Us
We are Enet Auto Parts, a Toronto-based company specializing in OEM and aftermarket automotive parts across North America.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processor to join our team remotely. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with consistent working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily orders from eCommerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, etc.)
- Verify part numbers, compatibility, and customer information
- Check inventory availability and coordinate alternatives if needed
- Prepare shipping labels and invoices
- Track shipments and assist with delivery issues
- Manage returns and refunds (RMA process)
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets/CRM systems
- Provide daily order summaries
- Working Hours
- Full-time
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time – Toronto)
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
- Automotive parts knowledge or willingness to learn
Compensation
- Starting at $1,000 CAD per month
- Paid biweekly
- Performance-based review after 3 months
