Outbound Appointment Setter – Private Optometry (60-Day Sprint | 1099 | Remote)
Overview
We are launching a 60-day outbound growth sprint targeting private optometry practices across select U.S. markets. This is a structured, metrics-driven engagement for a disciplined outbound professional who is comfortable initiating conversations with practice decision makers.
This is a phone-based outreach role only. No field sales. No closing responsibilities.
Engagement Structure
• Independent Contractor (1099)
• Remote
• Part-time
• 60-day performance sprint with potential extension based on results
Primary Objective
Initiate outbound calls to private optometry practices and secure qualified discovery meetings with the Doctor/Owner or authorized Office Manager.
This role is strictly responsible for booking meetings. You will not present pricing, explain the service model in depth, or close deals.
Performance Expectations
• Minimum 30 outbound dials per day (targeting 40 as ramp stabilizes)
• Consistent weekday calling cadence during standard optometric office hours
• All calls and outcomes logged in CRM
• Weekly KPI review
A meeting qualifies for bonus only when:
• The meeting occurs live (not canceled or no-show)
• The attendee is the Doctor/Owner or authorized Office Manager
• The conversation lasts a minimum of 10 minutes
• The practice meets basic qualification criteria
Compensation
• $1,000 monthly base retainer
• $50 per Held-Qualified meeting
• Uncapped performance bonus (first 2 months)
• Paid monthly
