In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as excellent numerical and analytical skills. You will work closely with management to support the financial operations of the company. Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software Process accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and process payroll Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies Assist with budget preparation and monitoring Handle other financial and administrative tasks as needed
