As a Part-time Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You will work in a relaxed yet professional environment, where no two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving automotive and recreational vehicle industry.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor, and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary, and you must be able to type at least 35 words per minute (WPM), with 40 WPM or above preferred.
At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with the training and development opportunities they need to succeed. As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be required to attend 4 weeks of training, which will take place on Tuesdays to Saturdays between 10:00 am and 6:30 pm CST. After completing your training, you will be expected to work 5-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.
