- Collaborate with the college SLF call center manager to meet stakeholder needs, develop working-level knowledge of the Spotted Lanternfly, and contribute to the development of resources and materials for external stakeholders.
- Assist with required reporting systems, helping concerned citizens adapt to the presence of the SLF and reducing the economic impact of the invasive insect.
