Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part Time Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our software. This part-time role will require 20-29 hours per week, with shifts ranging from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm ET. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required workdays, and this temporary position is expected to end on September 30, 2025.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range for this position is $20/hr, with actual salaries varying based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Our total compensation package includes discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, a flexible paid vacation/personal time policy, and more.
