Spanish Speaking Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, Remote)

Chrysalis Health is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our behavioral health programs in a fully remote, part-time role . This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, thrives in a service-oriented environment, and is comfortable working independently while supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time : Approximately 25 hours per week
Fully remote
Hourly pay : $15.00–$17.00 , based on experience
About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides essential clerical and administrative support to both administrative and clinical teams. This role focuses on document management, communication support, and day-to-day administrative tasks that keep programs running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional phone and written communication support
Complete clerical and administrative tasks within assigned timelines
Manage electronic correspondence, records, and documentation
Assist administrative and clinical departments as needed
Maintain organized electronic files and records
Use HRIS systems for payroll and evaluations as required
Represent Chrysalis Health professionally in all communications
Work collaboratively with a culturally diverse team
Accept additional projects and assignments as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of administrative or office support experience (healthcare experience preferred)
Spanish-speaking, ability to communicate with clients and referral sources in Spanish and English
Fluency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Comfort supporting individuals in high-stress or sensitive situations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services
Familiarity with HRIS or EMR systems
Additional Requirements
Ability to successfully complete required background checks
Completion of annual training requirements
Availability to support special assignments during emergencies or natural disasters, as needed
